About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Nando’s in Park Royal, you will support the restaurant manager in delivering a vibrant, customer‑focused dining experience. You’ll help lead a team of Nandocas, ensuring each shift runs smoothly while upholding the brand’s standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing, ensuring health, safety and brand standards are met.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent service and perfect PERi‑PERi dishes.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory control and cash handling.
• Monitor customer feedback across all channels and act swiftly to resolve issues.
• Identify and develop talent, preparing high‑potential staff for future managerial roles.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong passion for the brand, high energy and the ability to inspire a team.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a focus on consistent quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
