Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our award‑winning pub in Leeds. You will support the General Manager, lead the team on shift and help create memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Step in for the General Manager when required and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Support the GM in meeting financial and business KPIs.
• Motivate and inspire the pub team on every shift.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and health & safety.
• Handle cash, stock and administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Assistant or Deputy Manager role within a similar branded pub or hospitality environment.
• Strong passion for leading and developing a team.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Reliability and accountability when deputising for the GM.
