About the role

As an Assistant Manager you will be at the heart of the management team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub and delivering great experiences for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations and lead the business in their absence.
• Lead the team to deliver amazing customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Act as a role model, providing training and development for staff.
• Ensure health, safety and customer safety standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to get the best out of people.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Proficient spoken and written English for safety and allergen control.
