About the role

Join Nando's as an Assistant Manager and help lead a vibrant restaurant team in Woolwich. You will support the Manager in delivering the brand promise, ensuring every customer enjoys perfect PERi‑PERi in a friendly atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily shifts, maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
• Motivate and engage the team, fostering a supportive and energetic work environment.
• Oversee the customer journey across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and satisfaction.
• Identify and develop talent, preparing future managers for progression.
• Manage inventory, health & safety compliance, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Strong energy and passion for the Nando's brand and values.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to team success.
