Key responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety for customers and team members.
• Champion exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead and manage colleagues across all departments, providing direction and support.
• Maintain compliance with PRS policies and store operational standards.
• Uphold impeccable store standards to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager and deputise in their absence.
• Manage shifts, including key holding and general operations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt quickly to change.
• Commercially minded retail approach.
• Genuine passion for Samsung technology and continuous learning.
• Previous management experience is essential.
