About the role

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking a research scholar in Strategy at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will join the Strategy and International Business group, contributing to world‑class research and teaching within a leading global business school.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑impact research in strategy, organisation theory, and international business, publishing in top journals.
• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programmes in strategy and related subjects.
• Supervise dissertations and manage research projects, including collaboration with visiting scholars.
• Participate in departmental service, such as curriculum development and academic committees.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategy, International Business or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated record of impactful research with publications and a strong pipeline of papers.
• Extensive teaching experience in premium business school programmes or executive education.
• Ability to supervise student research and manage research projects.
