Assistant Restaurant General Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager you will support the restaurant team in day‑to‑day operations, helping to achieve performance targets while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and the team stays motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in owning the restaurant’s performance and atmosphere.
• Drive team performance, meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Train, coach and motivate crew members to uphold standards and go beyond them.
• Manage administrative tasks such as rosters, stock control and compliance paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, efficient and compliant operating environment, even during busy periods.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences that turn first‑time visitors into regulars.
