Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager will support the Head of Investments in driving new business and maintaining investor relationships. Working full‑time on‑site, the role blends lead generation, marketing campaign execution, and sales administration within the property investment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Head of Investments.
• Produce sales brochures by coordinating with an external design company.
• Generate new sales leads via property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Convert enquiries into property viewing appointments and deliver after‑care to existing investors.
• Coordinate appointments and manage diaries for investors, surveyors and other stakeholders.
• Progress property sales by liaising with solicitors, investors and other parties.
• Collate and distribute supporting documentation (EPCs, floor plans, asbestos reports, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of communications and sales activity in the company’s CRM system.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within property or investment sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking investor communications.
• Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Experience using property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla for lead generation.
