Assistant Showroom Manager

About the role

Arlettie is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support its international private‑sale events and day‑to‑day showroom operations. The role combines travel to up to seven luxury sales projects per year – each lasting up to three weeks – with hands‑on assistance in the local showroom when not on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Showroom Manager and Project Manager in delivering seamless private‑sale events across multiple international locations.
• Coordinate and allocate temporary staff, monitor performance, and provide feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with stock deliveries, inventory control, returns, and accurate documentation.
• Help prepare product zoning, merchandising displays, and ensure correct pricing and tagging.
• Manage customer access, queues, and deliver exceptional in‑store service.
• Maintain a clean, organised showroom that reflects luxury brand standards.
• Support health‑and‑safety, risk‑management, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and clear communication with team members and customers.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
