Assistant Store Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in driving the commercial success of the Regent Street store, leading the team and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, KPI and profit targets.
• Drive daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership and commercial focus.
• Monitor KPIs, run reports and implement action plans to improve results.
• Take ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas and administrative tasks.
• Lead, coach and develop the team through training, feedback and product knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Strong passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Track record of meeting and driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Solid experience managing store operations, stock and administrative processes.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded approach with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
