Assistant Store Manager – 40 Hours

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co you will support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs, driving sales and ensuring smooth store operations. You will work in a dynamic retail environment in Bath, representing the brand’s values and helping the team achieve their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in meeting KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team and monitor performance.
• Run reports, track KPIs and communicate action plans to the Store Manager.
• Control costs and manage store operations including stock, payroll, administration and rotas.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with experience leading and developing a team.
• Proven ability to work to and drive KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Experience managing store operations, stock and administrative duties.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team to exceed performance goals.
