Assistant Store Manager – Maternity Cover (10‑12 months)

About the role

Oliver Bonas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to cover a maternity leave for 10‑12 months at its South Wimbledon store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, motivate the team and deliver a joyful customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales and performance reports to measure store success.
• Use KPIs to identify development areas and track progress.
• Lead by example, guiding team members to meet personal and store objectives.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct progress meetings, appraisals and career‑development discussions.
• Handle cash, till transactions and cash‑up procedures in line with company policy.
• Ensure adherence to Oliver Bonas operational standards.
• Communicate with an approachable yet authoritative tone consistent with the brand voice.
