Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate retail team, drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for both people and operational performance, ensuring the store meets its targets while maintaining a fun and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire and motivate a team to exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, effective merchandising and stock control.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain operational excellence, including audits, budgeting and stock management.
• Optionally deliver piercing services after full training.
