Assistant/Associate Professor – Strategy & International Business

About the role

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking a research scholar in Strategy at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will join the Strategy and International Business group, contributing to the School’s research and teaching agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high‑impact research programme in strategy, organisation theory and international business.
• Publish in top‑tier journals and maintain a strong pipeline of papers.
• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education courses in premium business programmes.
• Supervise MSc and PhD dissertations and manage related project administration.
• Collaborate with visiting scholars and contribute to the School’s research community.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategy, International Business or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated record of impactful research, evidenced by publications and a clear future pipeline.
• Extensive teaching experience in business school degree programmes or executive education.
• Ability to supervise research projects and manage academic administration.
