Assistant/Associate Professor – Strategy

About the role

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking a research scholar in Strategy at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will join the Strategy and International Business group, contributing to world‑class research and teaching in a vibrant, interdisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑impact research in strategy, organisation theory and international business, publishing in top journals.
• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programmes in premium business school degree programmes.
• Supervise dissertations and manage research projects, including project administration.
• Collaborate with visiting scholars and contribute to the school’s research community.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategy, International Business or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated record of impactful research with publications and a strong pipeline of papers.
• Extensive teaching experience in business school programmes or executive education.
• Ability to supervise student research and manage academic projects.

Required skills

• Strong academic writing and publication skills.
• Effective teaching and curriculum development abilities.
• Experience with research project administration.
