Associate Architect – Industrial & Logistics (Birmingham)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to lead industrial and logistics projects from concept through completion. The role will be based in Birmingham (with the option to work on Leicester‑based assignments) and offers a hybrid working model with two days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of industrial and logistics schemes across RIBA Stages 0–6.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with consultants.
• Produce technical drawing packages, construction documentation and NBS specifications.
• Ensure compliance with UK town‑planning policy, Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Support business development activities and client presentations.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered architect with full RIBA Stage experience.
• Proven track record in industrial and logistics projects.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Revit (good proficiency).
• Technical drawing packages.
• NBS specifications.
