Associate Building Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join our commercial surveying team in Stockport. You will work on a variety of commercial projects across the UK, delivering surveys, dilapidations and project management for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of commercial building surveying services.
• Lead dilapidations, pre‑acquisition surveys and produce schedules of condition.
• Manage fit‑out, refurbishment and rebranding projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for national and regional clients.
• Provide advice on lease matters, exit strategies and building compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified Commercial Building Surveyor from a consultancy background.
• Chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.
• Strong experience in professional services and project delivery.
• Confident, client‑facing and commercially aware.
• Enjoys autonomy and ownership of work.
