Associate Client Services Consultant – Richmond

About the role

This full‑time, onsite position is based in Richmond and focuses on business development within a leading property firm. You will generate and qualify new opportunities, engage prospective clients and support the wider sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and build strong relationships.
• Qualify opportunities and identify client needs to match relevant services.
• Maintain and update internal CRM systems with accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual targets and KPIs.

• Commutes to Richmond five days a week (approximately one hour).

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £31,000 with uncapped commission.
• Realistic first‑year OTE of £65,000‑£75,000.
