Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver civil engineering schemes to programme and budget.
• Act as principal client contact across Yorkshire projects.
• Grow and manage a Leeds‑based civil engineering team.
• Support forecasting, invoicing and business planning.
• Provide senior technical oversight and ensure CDM compliance.

Required profile

• Significant consultancy experience leading civil projects.
• Strong expertise in highways, drainage and development infrastructure.
• Experience managing teams and supporting growth.
• Chartered or Incorporated status desirable.
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering.
