Associate Director – Pharma (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead pharmaceutical projects at our Welwyn Garden City site. This 12‑month contract role reports to senior leadership and will drive strategic initiatives across our product pipeline, contributing to improved health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that advance the product pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliver results.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
