Associate Director – Transaction Services (London)

About the role

FRP Advisory is seeking an experienced Associate Director (or Director) to lead its Transaction Services practice in London. This permanent, full‑time position will involve delivering high‑quality financial due diligence and advisory services on both buy‑side and sell‑side mandates for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage transaction services projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
• Analyse financial statements, management accounts and audit reports to identify key issues and trends.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored advice throughout the transaction process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s client portfolio.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Work closely with partners on complex engagements and firm strategy.

Required profile

• ACA qualification (or equivalent) with a solid background in transaction services.
• Proven experience in financial due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side mandates.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop junior staff.
