Associate – Equity Derivatives Trade Services

About the role

This position sits within the Front Office Equity Derivatives department and supports trading, sales, structuring and quantitative teams. You will be responsible for accurate trade booking and lifecycle management of a wide range of equity‑derivative products.

Key responsibilities

• Validate automated bookings for Delta One, Flow and exotic equity‑derivative products.
• Book vanilla instruments such as equity options, stocks, futures, total return swaps, interest‑rate swaps and FX (swap/spot/NDF) across global underlyings.
• Book structured products including autocallables, sharkfin, boosters, BEN, FCN, ELN, etc.
• Process lifecycle events – expiries, early terminations, redemptions, coupon payments, corporate‑action adjustments.
• Prepare and send trade confirmations, term sheets and valuation reports to clients.
• Produce periodic and ad‑hoc trade summaries for internal reporting.
• Support daily P&L reconciliations in liaison with product control, operations and finance.

Required profile

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of trade support experience on a trading desk or in a middle‑office function.
• Basic understanding of vanilla and exotic equity‑derivative products.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment and quickly learn new pay‑offs and booking models.

Required skills

• Experience with the Calypso platform (preferred).
