About the role
Join a leading consultancy as an Associate Flood Risk Consultant, working on high‑impact projects across key sectors. You will apply hydraulic modelling and flood risk assessment expertise to deliver sustainable solutions for clients facing climate change and urbanisation challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage flood risk projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct hydraulic modelling using InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW and HEC‑RAS.
- Develop flood risk assessments and hydrological studies.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Engage in business development, client and stakeholder interaction.
Required profile
- Degree in Geography, Science or Civil Engineering (MSc preferred).
- Chartered status with CIWEM or ICE.
- Extensive experience in flood risk management and project delivery.
- Proficiency in GIS, hydraulic modelling and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
