Associate Product Marketing Manager (Digital Games)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate gamer with solid marketing experience to join a leading global entertainment company. As an Associate Product Marketing Manager you will help launch two digital games across PC and console for the EMEA region, working remotely with an international marketing team from reveal to post‑launch.

Key responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market campaigns for upcoming digital game releases.
• Coordinate key campaign moments such as reveals, trailers, launch activities and post‑launch support.
• Adapt marketing assets for regional audiences in collaboration with global teams.
• Partner with PR, Community, Creator, Platform and Publishing teams to ensure campaigns resonate with players.
• Support creator and influencer activations across multiple markets.
• Maintain campaign timelines, assets and deliverables.
• Analyse campaign performance and share insights for future launches.
• Stay plugged into gaming culture, player behaviour and emerging industry trends.

Required profile

• Genuine love for games and active participation in gaming communities.
• Experience in marketing, product marketing or publishing, preferably within games or entertainment.
• Excellent organisation and project‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with international, cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Hourly rate of £35.89.
• 12‑month contract (full‑time, temporary).
