Associate Product Specialist – Private Debt

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Product Specialist to support our Private Debt team in London. The role focuses on creating client‑facing materials, handling investor enquiries and ensuring high‑quality communication across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain investor presentations, fund brochures and talking points with accurate, consistent data.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for client meetings, LPAC sessions and co‑investment opportunities.
• Draft timely responses to regular and ad‑hoc investor enquiries on portfolio holdings and strategy positioning.
• Track timelines and deliverables across contributors to ensure on‑time completion.
• Collate inputs from investment, reporting and client teams to address information requests.
• Synthesize market and portfolio insights into clear, client‑ready content.
• Own quality control for all client‑facing outputs.
• Handle sensitive client matters with sound judgement and a proactive approach.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a product specialist or client‑facing role within institutional asset management.
• Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance with familiarity of private debt and corporate direct lending concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management abilities and collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
