About the role

A thriving construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding London office. This role offers a high‑visibility position working closely with major clients, leading complex projects and shaping the future growth of the Cost Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major projects from inception to completion
• Deliver high‑quality pre‑ and post‑contract services
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients
• Manage and develop project teams
• Support business development and networking initiatives
• Oversee commercial performance across multiple commissions
• Provide strategic cost and procurement advice
• Contribute to the growth and success of the London office

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS qualification or equivalent
• Significant consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
• Proven experience managing client relationships
• Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
• Experience leading teams and mentoring surveyors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business development experience is advantageous
