Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking ambitious individuals to join our London office as Associate Recruitment Consultants. This entry‑level, sales‑focused position offers full training, a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, providing a fast‑track route to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between candidate talent and client organisations.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.
