About the role

Join a boutique technology recruitment agency that specialises in fast‑growing markets such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and data. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building a pipeline of high‑quality candidates and matching them with exciting opportunities across the UK and US.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for tech and AI vacancies.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and client companies.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Manage your candidate database and track progress against monthly revenue targets.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in your assigned specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Strong ambition, drive and work ethic.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a merit‑based, autonomous environment.
