About the role
The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) will support a growth portfolio within the Mid Corporate segment (turnover £50m‑£500m) for Lloyds Banking Group in Scotland. Working alongside a Relationship Director, the ARM helps deliver tailored banking solutions to mid‑market businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Attend client meetings (virtual or in‑person), prepare agendas and briefing notes, and follow up on actions.
- Communicate updates on sector insights, products, facilities, and events to clients.
- Support the lending journey, identify high‑value clients and spot opportunities for product solutions.
- Assist in risk and compliance activities as part of the portfolio management process.
Required profile

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Relationship Directors and key business introducers.
