Associate Relationship Manager – Mid Corporate (London)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to support a growth portfolio within our Mid Corporate segment (turnover £50m‑£500m) in London. Working alongside a Relationship Director, you will help deliver tailored banking solutions and excellent service to a diverse range of mid‑market businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Relationship Director in providing lending facilities, deposit options and other banking products.
• Support the acquisition of new‑to‑bank clients and the expansion of existing relationships.
• Maintain strong links with external influencers, introducers and local business communities.
• Contribute to the new‑business strategy, ensuring timely fund delivery and risk management.
• Act as a trusted advisor, putting clients at the centre of every interaction.
