Associate Relationship Manager – Mid Markets (Yorkshire)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join our Mid‑Markets team in Leeds. You will work with businesses that have an annual turnover of £50 m‑£500 m, helping them access the full range of Lloyds Banking Group products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent day‑to‑day banking service and act as a trusted advisor for Mid‑Market clients.
• Support the Relationship Director and act as the primary point of contact for clients in your geographic area.
• Develop and deliver funding solutions, from working capital to term lending.
• Collaborate with Group Partner companies and Specialist Client Solution teams to bring the whole bank’s proposition to clients.
• Assist clients with treasury management and cash‑deposit strategies.
• Manage risk and compliance for the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial banking and Mid‑Market client management.
• Strong ability to originate new business and conduct financial analysis.
• Demonstrated results‑orientation and willingness to adapt to change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and report‑writing skills.
