Associate Sales Consultant – Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Sales Consultant to join the Octave BricsCAD EMEA team, focusing on the Southern Europe market. In this hybrid position you will manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and guide them toward purchase through our eStore or reseller network.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from product downloads, website forms, and marketing campaigns using our CRM.
• Engage prospects via email and phone, understand their needs, and encourage conversion.
• Direct qualified opportunities to resellers or Account Managers.
• Maintain the sales funnel, ensuring proper qualification at each stage.
• Participate in strategic cold‑calling and lead‑generation activities when required.
• Provide feedback on lead processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with technical sales, marketing, and pre‑sales teams to align campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or lead qualification role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• CRM (experience managing leads and pipelines).
