Associate / Senior Associate - Commercial Disputes (5+ PQE)

About the role

This position is with a Legal 500‑ranked firm looking to expand its Commercial Disputes team. You will work alongside experienced partners on a broad range of complex, high‑value disputes for businesses, entrepreneurs and owner‑managed companies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a varied portfolio of contentious commercial matters.
• Manage high‑value, strategically important disputes across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with partners and senior colleagues to develop case strategy and deliver solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure matters are run with appropriate autonomy.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
• Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably commercial disputes.
• Strong technical and analytical ability with a pragmatic, commercial mindset.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and running matters independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ambition to progress within a forward‑thinking, growing firm.
