Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor – Liverpool

About the role

HF is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Liverpool team. You will manage a caseload of litigated road traffic accident (RTA) claims for major motor insurers, handling values between £50,000 and £500,000.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a caseload of primarily litigated RTA claims on behalf of major motor insurers.
• Manage timetables, prepare and review evidence, and handle extensive disclosure.
• Advise clients on litigation tactics, prepare court documents, and attend conferences with experts, clients, and counsel.
• Represent clients at court or telephone hearings where appropriate and interview witnesses to obtain statements.
• Maintain strong client relationships, meet deadlines and service level agreements, and collect accurate management information.
• Uphold high professional standards while achieving financial and operational targets.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with experience managing a personal caseload of claims up to £500k.
• Strong organisational abilities and consistent deadline adherence.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Attention to detail, negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to develop new technical expertise and work under supervision.
