Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Join Close Brothers' Talent Acquisition team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver a proactive, inclusive hiring process and ensure the business accesses diverse, high‑calibre talent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless, service‑driven experience for hiring managers, prioritising quality, time and cost of hire.
• Advise on job descriptions, ensuring inclusive language and alignment with competency frameworks.
• Support direct talent mapping, pipeline development and referral programmes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
• Utilise ATS (People@Close) and governance processes for vacancy approval and tracking.
• Partner with business functions to embed consistent, inclusive hiring practices and future‑skills planning.
• Support internship and entry‑level programmes and provide constructive candidate feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically People@Close.
• Internet sourcing and candidate pipeline development.
• Use of psychometric assessments and behavioural‑based interviewing techniques.
