Associate Tax Director – Private Client Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Tax Director to join our Private Client Tax team. You will combine strategic thinking with commercial insight to manage and grow client relationships while leading diverse advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory and technical projects for private‑client portfolios.
• Manage and develop client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee compliance and advisory projects, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless, integrated service.

Required profile

• CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of tax issues affecting private clients.
• Proven experience in client handling and project management.
• Ability to lead advisory projects and deliver high‑quality reports within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
