Associate Technical Consultant – Entry‑Level Role

About the role

Join Veeva’s Technical Consultant Development Program and work directly with Life Sciences customers to design, build, and deploy enterprise SaaS and AI solutions. You will receive intensive engineering onboarding, then take ownership of production‑ready code and integrations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Write production code, develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs, and build DevOps pipelines.
• Design backend logic, configure SaaS platforms, and execute complex data migration scripts for global clients.
• Create internal developer‑facing tools that accelerate delivery across Veeva Services.
• Take architectural responsibility, collaborating with migration architects and delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming and ability to explain technical decisions.
• Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills with a proven academic record.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Recent graduate (up to 2 years post‑graduation experience).

What we offer

• Starting salary of £40,000 per year, with performance‑based increase and bonus program after the first year.
