Associate to Associate Partner – Infrastructure Services

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to Associate Partner to join our Infrastructure Services division in Ashford. You will help deliver sustainable infrastructure projects across sectors such as electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil and renewables, supporting the UK’s Net Zero ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex infrastructure projects from consent through construction to completion.
• Provide land consultancy advice for maintenance, new installations and major asset‑management portfolios.
• Advise clients on interactions with landowners, stakeholders and statutory bodies.
• Prepare and serve statutory notices, negotiate compensation and acquire rights of way.
• Support major infrastructure and renewable energy connection projects.

Required profile

• Background in surveying, land consultancy or related infrastructure disciplines.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary projects at local to national scale.
• Strong understanding of statutory processes, land referencing and stakeholder engagement.
