Associate Wealth Manager – Fast‑track Financial Advice Programme

About the role

Join a fast‑growing wealth management firm in central London as an Associate Wealth Manager on a structured development programme. Working alongside experienced Wealth Managers, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full client journey and progress towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside senior Wealth Managers.
• Manage client servicing and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare technical calculations, cash‑flow models and planning reports.
• Conduct investment research and analysis.
• Respond to client queries and identify opportunities within existing relationships.
• Support advisers throughout the end‑to‑end planning process.

Required profile

• Experience within a wealth management or financial planning environment.
• Minimum of two R0 exams (or equivalent) – part‑qualified candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach.
• Motivated, proactive and keen to progress into an advisory role.
