About the role

Join Sytner Group as an Audi Sales Executive and become the primary point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. You will guide them through the car‑buying journey, ensuring a first‑class experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on Audi models and financing options.
• Deliver a seamless purchasing experience, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, to maximise service availability.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in retail or customer‑service environments.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre.
