Audience Development Campaign Strategist

About the role

Lower Street, a B2B branded podcast agency, is looking for an Audience Development Campaign Strategist to join its remote team. Reporting to the Head of Audience Development, you will drive growth campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media for high‑profile B2B podcast clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and monitor paid media and PR campaigns for multiple podcast clients, ensuring timely delivery and performance targets.
• Set up tracking links, manage creative assets, and coordinate with podcast vendors and platform partners across time zones.
• Write concise, engaging copy for ads, social posts, guest introductions, and podcast promotions.
• Quality‑assure data across analytics platforms, verify reporting accuracy, and flag issues proactively.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries that clearly illustrate campaign results for clients.
• Stay on top of trends in podcasting, social media, and creator marketing to uncover new growth opportunities.
