Audio Visual Project Manager

About the role

Prospero Integrated is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to lead commercial AV integration projects from concept to handover. You will work on a variety of installations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple AV projects from award through to handover.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate all project activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, programmes and progress reports.
• Control project budgets, procurement and financial performance.
• Coordinate installation engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks and issues.
• Conduct site meetings, progress reviews and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support commissioning, client training and final handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial audio‑visual integration projects.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
