Audio Visual Project Manager – £50,000 + Company Vehicle

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to lead AV and videoconferencing installations for corporate and government clients. The role is full‑time, permanent, based at our Woodley office with regular travel around London.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from post‑sale through pre‑installation, coordinating sales, clients, fit‑out companies and engineers.
• Produce installation consumable lists, elevation drawings, cable schedules and system schematics.
• Create RAMS and O&M manuals for each project.
• Commission AV systems, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet Room solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven AV engineering background with experience delivering audio‑visual and videoconferencing projects in corporate or government settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UK driver’s licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Audio‑visual system installation and commissioning.
• CAD or StarDraw for producing drawings.
• Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet Room platforms.
• Audio DSPs, HDMI and USB signal switching.
• Equipment from QSC, Biamp, Extron, Crestron, Netgear.
• Basic programming of Crestron, Extron and Q‑SYS control systems.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings.
