Audio Visual Technical Sales Order Co-ordinator

About the role

The Audio Visual Technical Sales Order Co‑ordinator will be central to processing sales orders, planning projects and allocating engineering resources. Working closely with the sales team, project managers and external customers, you will ensure that each project is scheduled efficiently and that the right skills are matched to each job.

Key responsibilities

• Technical sanitisation of sales orders, verifying documentation and ensuring all information needed for project planning is present.
• Allocate resources through the in‑house booking system (Hub Planner) on a per‑project basis and coordinate installation dates with customers.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to match resources with the required skill set.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of engineering operations and project delivery within an AV or technical environment.
• Agile thinker able to adapt to a fluid environment and optimise resource utilisation.

Required skills

• Hub Planner (experience desirable but not essential).
• Microsoft Office suite.
