Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our Allerton Road store in Liverpool. You will dispense hearing aids, conduct hearing assessments and provide expert advice to customers with hearing difficulties, ensuring a first‑class experience in a professional, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audiology hearing tests and interpret results.
• Dispense and fit hearing aids, recommending the most suitable device for each customer.
• Provide wax removal services, including microsuction where qualified.
• Maintain and calibrate audiology equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the purchase journey.
• Keep accurate patient records and manage follow‑up appointments.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD).
• Strong attention to detail and a motivated team player.
• Keen to develop professionally within a retail audiology setting.

Required skills

• Hearing aid dispensing.
• Audiology testing.
• Microsuction / wax removal qualification (advantageous).
