Audiology Hub Manager

About the role

Lead a multi‑store audiology hub across Christchurch, New Milton and Fareham, ensuring high‑quality hearing care for diverse communities. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, support a team of Hearcare Professionals and champion a customer‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and retail performance across three locations.
• Develop and motivate a team of six Hearcare Professionals.
• Maintain consistent patient experience and clinical excellence.
• Drive business performance through KPI monitoring and best‑practice sharing.
• Collaborate with store managers to align audiology services with overall store goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or clinical environment.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centred care.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage a dispersed team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary starting from £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Up to £6,000 annual bonus based on profit and performance.
