About the role

Specsavers is offering an existing audiology business in Chester to an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser. As the Store Partner, you will own the practice, lead a clinical team and drive growth while benefiting from a guaranteed salary and profit dividends.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead a high‑performing audiology team.
• Maintain clinical and retail excellence across the store.
• Serve existing customers and expand the client base.
• Make day‑to‑day business decisions and oversee financial performance.
• Collaborate with Specsavers support offices and retail partners.

Required profile

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Ability to combine clinical expertise with business acumen and leadership.
