About the role

We are looking for an Audit and Accounts Semi‑Senior to join our High Wycombe office. The role offers a clear progression path within a supportive practice environment and includes study support for professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with audit planning and fieldwork across a range of assignments.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts and financial reporting work.
• Build and maintain client relationships, responding to day‑to‑day queries.
• Work closely with senior team members on ongoing assignments.
• Contribute to client deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop technical knowledge and broaden exposure across practice services.
• Support projects and wider team initiatives where required.

Required profile

• Approximately two years of experience within an accountancy practice.
• Certificate‑level qualification or progressing through studies, with at least four professional exams completed.
• Strong audit and accounts exposure in a client‑facing setting.
• Organised, proactive and keen to continue professional development.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
