About the role
Step into audit management without the typical burnout. This position offers ACA/ACCA qualified auditors a chance to take on greater responsibility, client interaction and a clear route to manager level within a growing practice.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a varied portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Review and mentor junior team members.
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Manage budgets, deadlines and workflow.
Required profile
- ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards.
- Confident in managing audits and reviewing junior work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
