Audit Assistant Manager – £50k‑£55k + Overtime & Bonus

About the role

This is a full‑time Audit Assistant Manager position with a Top 10 professional services firm in London. You will lead audit engagements, coach junior staff on‑site and work directly with senior leadership and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fieldwork and manage audits end‑to‑end under the guidance of Managers and Partners.
• Support planning, risk assessment, execution and reporting phases.
• Coach and supervise junior team members, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across professional services clients.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent).
• Solid experience leading audits and supervising junior staff.
• Proactive, organised and confident when interacting directly with clients.
